Located in South Central Los Angeles, Open Arms Community Health & Service Center is a dedicated community-based organization. Our diverse team of professionals is committed to providing quality healthcare, mental health services, substance use prevention, housing navigation, and essential support services to underserved veterans, disabled individuals, LGBTQ+ community members, low-income individuals, justice-involved individuals, survivors of domestic violence, and homeless adults and youth.

Our mission is to rebuild our community one person at a time by addressing their health, mental health, and housing needs through personalized, patient-centered plans. We are committed to supporting our participants in achieving self-sufficiency and a healthy lifestyle.

Our programs are diverse, encompassing physical healthcare, mental health support, substance use prevention, group therapy, workforce development, resource linkage, emergency housing, recuperative care, interim housing, housing navigation, housing deposits, tenancy support, community transition services, care coordination, and ongoing support services. Additionally, our street outreach program provides essentials such as clothing, food, and hygiene kits to those in need, ensuring both immediate relief and long-term community stability.
